While many communities have been forced over the years to obtain quality engineering expertise from large, expensive firms located hundreds of miles away in large cities, Watkins & Associates, L.L.C. has established a consulting engineering firm location in South Georgia that can provide this same quality service located essentially next door, and for less cost.

Watkins & Associates, L.L.C. is seeking an individual to work on all phases of civil/municipal engineering including grading, roadway, storm water management systems, sanitary sewer, erosion, and sediment control design. Individual may also conduct permitting and code research, write specifications, and prepare and submit permit applications.

Work on all phases of civil/municipal engineering including grading design, roadway design, storm water management systems design, water and sanitary sewer design, and erosion and sediment control design. The individual may also conduct permitting and code research, write specifications, and prepare and submit permit applications.

Required Skills & Experience

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• 0-2 years of experience
• Previous internship preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency using CADD
• Desire to work in a team environment
• Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering exam is preferred but not required
